  The owner came, was extremely polite, professional and courteous, and worked with me and his crew to figure out the best, most efficient and cost effective ways of doing the tile and grouting work that was needed. I've had other contractors come in the past and give estimates, or do work, and they were not good at all, but these guys were great.
  
  And I liked that I was able to send him photos via text of the work that was needed for him to help give me a ballpark estimate, which he did very quickly and efficiently. AND THEN when he showed up, he did NOT change his story (like other contractors have done in the past to me).
  
  They have great, most professional equipment, they do a very thorough and deep cleaning of all the tile and grout first, and then refinish with very good quality grout, caulking and finish.
  
  Overall they are exceptional and I highly recommend their service to anyone.
