    Yes it's true they have a ton of hardware for doors. I'd read the lousy reviews before going there for a lock, and i had to chuckle upon witnessing stuff described by others. The guy at the front desk who couldn't be bothered getting off the phone, or the rude guy behind a counter by the side door, who was visibly annoyed by my question, and told me to ask someone else. Fortunately one guy did help me, but i had to see it to believe. I actually recommend going there just to see it, could be hit and miss, perhaps.
