  We've been using Good Eggs for a bit over a year now and I would have given it 5 stars at the outset. Good quality food (we find most of the brands we buy at the supermarket) and user-friendly website replete with plenty of info about the brands and farms where the food comes from.
  As it has grown in popularity over the past 6ish months though, the reliability has suffered dramatically: late deliveries are now routine, wrong item in order or missing an item, a whole order smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, mild GI illness after one of their new "meal kits," some produce less than fresh. We hope that they will be able to strike a balance between adequate compensation for their workers and faster staffing up to meet needs. Theoretically so convenient and we'd been so happy, but at this point really having to weigh the pros and cons.
