  Been parking in this garage for years. Today I went to park here. Found a spot right away and went to the elevator. I realized and realized I forgot my wallet at home and there would be no way for me to pay to get out of the garage. So I ran back to my truck left as quickly as I could and when I got up to the machine where I put my ticket in, I expected it to be free. It was $6.00. There were a couple of friendly guys there that worked for the garage. I said how could that be? I was only here less than ten minutes. The guy said it charges you if you have been there more than six minutes. I told the guy I had no money. He seemed to change his mood and walked over to tell the other guy that I had no money. As he was walking away because he left so quickly I said I forgot my wallet at home. He came back soon after and asked for my Driver's License. I told him I didn't have it. He sarcastically said how are you driving around with no driver's license? I said to him it was in my wallet. I said I forgot my wallet. He said that wasn't what you told me. You said you had no money like I was lying. I said you probably didn't hear me which I don't think he heard. He took the license plate number off the truck and gave me an envelope with $6.00 written on it. He then lifted the gate and let me out. What a rip off. I've spent more money in that garage than I care to disclose. I know there are rules but common, 6 minutes. I've taken way longer than that to find parking in that garage. What if I couldn't find a place to park? Too many of these parking garages rip you off. Like when there is a special event. They will charge over $100.00 to park in their garage. Even if I only stay one hour. On days when there is a special event I can't work down there because I can't park for less than $100.00. That should be illegal. I can understand premium hours but this all up from more than three times what they normally charge stinks!
